Savage joins National Trust publisher

Magazine sales agency Madison Bell aims to grow the profile of the National Trust’s magazine with the appointment of former News International sales director Gary Savage.

Savage, who has also worked at Express Newspapers, becomes sales director at the agency, will be based in London, leading a nine-person team based in London and Bath.
Madison Bell has also appointed Wesley Tatton of Profile Media Group as group sales manager to lead the Bath sales team.
The agency distributes 1.8 million copies of the conservation charity's flagship title, The National Trust magazine, which is published in two editions, "independent" and "family". It claims that 90% of this audience is ABC1.
Madison Bell also publishes a magazine for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution and a title for the independent book trade.
