Taking place this week, from 3-7 October and timed to coincide with London Cocktail Week (LCW), the 'Classics & Classics' pop-up, located on Kingsland Road in London, sees Sauvelle team up with footwear connoisseurs The Drop Date for a series of insightful talks, covering everything from high-tops to highballs. Today (6 October), the pop-up is showcasing Reebok Workouts and the Shady and Rainy cocktail, a playful take on the classic 'dark and stormy', with Sauvelle topped up with homemade Umbrella alcoholic ginger beer, fresh lime and a dash of bitters.
Iconic vodka cocktail and sneaker masterclasses, conducted by industry experts, will teach imbibers and kicks collectors the history of the recipe and the roots of their creation, with a new serve and trainer being showcased each day.
From rare original releases to coveted collaborations, The Drop Date has picked shoes that have broken new ground in terms of materials, colour combinations and technology, all designed and created with the same flair and attention to detail as the best beverages.
Art lovers and fashion aficionados can admire an exhibition each evening. For those who want to sip cocktails, a bar is hidden in the back, offering a range of twisted classics created with Sauvelle Vodka, including the iconic martini, Bloody Marys and espresso martinis.
