SAS Airlines cuts business prices

SAS Scandinavian Airlines is taking on easyJet and other low-cost airlines with a dedicated class for price-conscious business flyers.

The Economy Flex Class, which will launch at the end of this month on the main city airport routes across Europe, will offer travellers fast-track check-in and a premium service, without the price tag of a business ticket.

The tickets, costing £89 for a standard economy and £499 for the 'flex' class, based on travel to Copenhagen from the UK, will be promoted via an integrated pan-European campaign across 15 countries.

The activity, created by Fox Kalomaski, will target firms with an ongoing direct mail campaign, supported by ads in The Times and The Daily Telegraph.
