It is the fifth year that the event has taken place at Barcelona’s exhibition venue Grand Via. founder Mark Zuckerberg and Tom Wheeler, the chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, are this year’s keynote speakers, and approximately 80,000 people at set to attend from around the world.
