David Beckham and the Paralympic swimmer Ellie Simmonds star in Sainsbury’s new ad promoting the supermarket's Active Kids scheme. Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO created the spot, in which a young boy comes home to his family and presents them with a pizza. Asked if he made it himself, the boy responds that he had a little help, and the action switches to a busy classroom where Beckham – who also narrates – and Simmonds are lending a hand. The spot was written by Phil Martin, art directed by Colin Jones and directed by Owen Harris through Outsider.
