Ink, which specialises in in-flight magazines and lists bmibaby, easyJet and a number of international airlines among its clients, will publish the first monthly edition of Ryanair magazine on 15 March.
The publisher will also assume sales responsibility for the magazine's advertising inventory.
More than 200,000 copies are to be distributed on Ryanair flights, which carry more than four million customers each month.
The publisher has overhauled the magazine with regular content, including destination guides, travel itinerary ideas, property guides, hotel reviews, seasonal recreational features and coverage of health and beauty, technology, business and consumer product-led features.
The magazine was launched three years ago by Austrian publisher Primuer Produit, but Ryanair approached Ink directly to take over its publication.
"We have been talking to Ink for nearly three years now," a spokesman said. "We looked at other suppliers, but we believe this will help us to drive our on-board sales and destinations and, with this frequency, boost ad revenues and keep the product fresh and topical."
