The Daily Mirror splashed last week with details of how its reporter Ryan Parry got a job as a footman at Buckingham Palace with a false reference.
The paper exposed glaring security errors at the Palace on the day President George W Bush flew into London and was due to stay with the Queen.
The security revelations coincided with London's biggest ever security operation designed to ensure the security of the US president. More than 5,000 police were on the capital's streets for the President's state visit, which cost £5m.
The permanent injunction granted by the High Court follows a temporary one granted to the Queen last week. The temporary injunction argued that Parry broke a confidentiality agreement by revealing details about the goings on inside the royal household.
The Daily Mirror has agreed to handover all unpublished photographs and other material.
Parry worked for two months at the Palace as a footman and during that time he helped serve the Queen's breakfast.
In today's edition the Mirror published pictures from inside the Palace of The Belgian Suite, the bedroom used by Bush and his wife, as well as pictures of the Queen's breakfast table.
