
Drury was previously the commercial programming manager at the venue and has been part of the events team at the ROH since he joined in 2007 as event manager.
He will be taking on responsibility for delivering events on the main stage at the Opera House such as the Bafta and Olivier Awards, as well as developing other commercial events opportunities out-of-house.
"The Royal Opera House Main Stage is a unique and iconic venue," he said. "It is one of the most exciting spaces in London, and I am delighted to be leading our talented delivery teams and working with our clients to create exceptional events for them."
