Rhubarb won the brief to become the hall’s main catering provider, and will take over from 1 January next year.
Absolute Taste, The Admirable Crichton, Create, Mosimann, Payne & Gunter, The Recipe and Urban Caprice join an accredited list and can be used for events staged at the venue.
"By working with our new suppliers we look to offer our clients a diverse choice of caterers, and raise the quality of food and service on offer to the highest of standards," said Royal Albert Hall director of events Jasper Hope.
