Roberts, who originally moved to London to pursue his dream of performing on a West End stage, has 12 years experience in the hospitality industry.
He joins from Koko in Camden where he held the position of venue manager.
In the role he will help Wilson with the day-to-day management and operation of the venue and its events space.
