Robbie Williams becomes the latest celebrity to link up with Pepsi
next month in a pounds 3.5m campaign. A six-week TV push kicks off in
mid-July through Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO and MindShare, supporting an
on-pack promotion through Claydon Heeley Jones Mason. All Pepsi and 7-Up
formats will include the offer for an exclusive Robbie CD track titled
United, redeemable in HMV. Part of Pepsi’s Ask For More Music 2000
campaign, the Williams promotion follows a previous link-up with the
Spice Girls. Both link-ups were negotiated by Music Innovations.
