As part of the agreement, Roastmaster will be responsible for running all food and drink retail operations.
During the three-day event, which is expected to attract more than 10,000 visitors, Roastmaster will showcase its custom built hog roast, Brazilian rotisserie and multi level BBQ equipment.
A selection of beers, ciders and wines as well as teas, coffees and soft drinks will be made available.
O2 Golf Live will feature Ryder Cup captain Colin Montgomerie, as well as Paul Casey, Ian Poulter, Catriona Matthew and Retief Goosen as they give a series of masterclasses with coaches David Leadbetter and Denis Pugh.
It will also feature a Cleveland/Srixon 'short game' range with gear from golf manufacturers on the Jaguar driving range.
