Risby-Rose is also chairman of UBM’s Global Events Momentum (GEM) forum.

Separately, The UBM Live and UBM International Media businesses are to be merged under the leadership of UBM International Media CEO Simon Foster. The new business will generate revenues of approximately £100m.
