Clinton follows in the footsteps of his wife Hillary, who has also been a guest on 'Richard & Judy', which has also recently had the likes of David Beckham's former PA Rebecca Loos on the show.
Husband Richard Madeley said that the pair wanted to focus on his personal life rather than politics and will question him about his affair with Monica Lewinsky.
Last month, Clinton lost his temper when interviewed in the US for the BBC's 'Panorama' by David Dimbleby when he was pressed about the former White House intern.
Judy said that the two hoped to "concentrate on what he's like as a man, rather than a narrow interview just about politics" during the interview, which is due to air on July 12.
"Like a lot of British TV programmes we've had Bill Clinton in our sights for a long time. Interviews with important world leaders like Clinton often have a tendency to get bogged down in the minutiae of their political record. In the time we have with Bill Clinton, we'll try to draw out his inner character, to discuss what really makes him tick," Madeley said.
