Marconi, the telecoms equipment maker, is facing a £3 million lawsuit from the PR adviser Hill & Knowlton, which it fired last October. The PR company says it is owed £1.7 million and Marconi's termination of its contract was unlawful, demanding up to £1.6 million in lost earnings. - The Observer.
