The event, which first launched in Glasgow earlier this year, will see some of the capital’s top bartending professionals come together for a night of collaboration as opposed to competition.
This is reflective of the concept behind the Rekorderlig Jam sessions – they aim to create a community of bartenders who are passionate about producing cider-based cocktails.
Participants will be required to include the brand’s Winter Cider product in their creations, and ingredients including spirits, bitters, liqueurs, fruits and spices will be in bountiful supply.
Upon culmination of the event, each bartender will have their favourite creation included on the cocktail menu of their place of work.
Rekorderlig’s global brand ambassador, Joel Persson, will host the event in association with Glasgow-based venue, Liquid Academy.
Linsey Adams, customer marketing manager at Rekorderlig UK, said: "Rekorderlig’s debut Jam Session in the capital is an incredibly exciting prospect for leading bartenders in London thanks to the versatility of Rekorderlig Winter Cider. The upbeat event will be filled with good music, beautifully Swedish food and amazing cocktails in a stunning location.
"We want to inspire bartenders to feature cider as a key ingredient in their bar’s cocktail creations and realise the potential of this trend. Through this event, we hope to build a community of mixologists who will act as ambassadors to Rekorderlig and cider cocktails in the on trade."
