The agency's first project is to develop a campaign to boost Reed's revenues from the IT sector. Flourish has produced a mailing to be sent to the home addresses of 20,000 IT professionals over the winter period.
The mailing acknowledges how daunting and stressful finding a job can be and positions Reed as the remedy. The pack includes a specially produced "mini book of calm".
Following the IT campaign, Reed will brief Flourish to target workers across other industry sectors.
Flourish was appointed by Reed Personnel marketing manager Dev Makh.
The UK recruitment market, which is valued at £16bn, is growing at a rate of more than 12% a year.
