Recruitment site JustPeople. com aims to match the right candidate to
the right job when it launches this month.
JustPeople.com, headed by Darrin Moy, formerly head of global recruitment
at Warburg Dillon Reed, aims to attract jobseekers with advice on job
interviews, salary surveys and briefings from careers experts.
Users will be able to fill out confidential personality tests, which will
be used to filter responses to specific positions. When an employer
expresses an interest, the candidate will be asked if they would like to
reveal their identity.
”There are lots of online job lists, but we will fill a large vacuum and
provide a much closer fit between the candidate’s skills and the
employer’s needs,” said Lucian Hudson, head of content and
manager-in-chief.
