-Razorfish, the company which recently bought UK new media agency CHBI, has announced further expansion of its global operations and has acquired Los Angeles-based media.

Razorfish has acquired 100 per cent of the two year old LA digital agency. It was founded by Richard D. Titus and Stephen Anspach, and has become a respected developer of digital media on the west Coast, which can name NASA, Intel, DiTech Funding, Microsoft, Jim Henson Productions and Twentieth Century Fox among its clients.

According to Jeff Dachis President/CEO of Razorfish "We are proud to bring into the Razorfish family. The addition of Los Angeles operations enhances and extends our Digital Change Management services to a wide array of media and entertainment companies in this very significant market. Our expansion will ultimately allow us to continue to pioneer the creation of rich media delivery systems through broadband networks."
