The agency will work on all aspects of the brand, with particular emphasis on the youth market where Raleigh has been so successful in the past.
In April, Raleigh relaunched the iconic Raleigh Chopper for a limited period only. The bike's original design by Alan Oakley, the then chief designer at Raleigh, remains largely unchanged on the new version, which is available only in the original Infra Red.
Loz Cox, Chopper product manager at Raleigh says: "Change in the bike market and demand for retro products like the VW Beetle and Mini Cooper sparked the idea for the introduction of the new Chopper."
"It's taken us nine months to redesign the new Chopper and we know it's going to prove as popular today as it did back in the 70s."
With a six-figure budget to be confirmed, the agency's activities will focus on consumer advertising, literature, trade initiatives, bike graphics and internal communications.
Tim Henshall, Seller's & Rogers business development director, said: "Raleigh is a classic cycles brand in need of an overhaul and we are delighted to have been appointed to take the brand forward."
He added: "We will be responsible both for product development and overall brand communications, and we look forward to putting Raleigh back in its rightful position as market leader."
Raleigh has also launched a range of clothing for men and women designed and manufactured by Revo, which has been tied into the launch of the Chopper. Items in the range include T-shirts, hooded tops and accessories including trucker caps, wallets, sweatbands, socks and sweatbands.
