Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe has recruited three people from BMP
DDB and made two internal promotions in an effort to boost its creative
and account management departments.
The agency has lured one of BMP’s top creative teams, Mike Boles and
Jerry Hollens, who have won awards at D&AD, BTAA and ±±¾©Èü³µpk10 Press and
Posters for their work, including the VW ’jelly mould’ poster and the
Sony ’armchair’ spot.
Hollens said: ’We are looking forward to the excitement of a small place
where we can make a difference.’ Boles added: ’Rainey Kelly has a clear
mission for the future and we want to be part of it.’
James Murphy, who has been with Rainey Kelly for more than four years,
becomes head of account management and will also oversee the agency’s
range of Virgin clients which includes Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Cola and
Virgin Trains. Rainey Kelly is also pitching against TBWA GGT Simons
Palmer for the Virgin Direct account.
Tony Harris, a board account director at BMP for four and a half years,
joins Rainey Kelly to head its Scottish Courage business. Harris has
been at BMP for more than four years, working with clients including
Sony, Vernon’s Easy Play and Courage, when it was held by BMP.
Judy Mitchem, who was the first account director employed by Rainey
Kelly, will be business development director, marketing the agency
alongside its four partners.
