
The album, 'Medium Rare', is a collection of covers of songs by bands including Wings, Thin Lizzy, The Ramones and Pink Floyd.
New subscribers will receive a copy of the CD and six issues of Q for £10. The CD version is only available to Q subscribers, in the UK and overseas, and is not available in the shops.
Existing subscribers will also get a copy of the CD if they recommend the title to a friend, who takes up a subscription.
The magazine goes on sale from today. It features an interview with The Foo Fighters and uses the band's, and ex Nivana, drummer Dave Grohl on its cover.
Paul Rees, editor-in-chief of Q, said: "I think it's fairly safe to say that the Foos' 'Medium Rare' CD is the best subscriptions offer we've ever been able to make.
"As long-term supporters of the band, we'd like to thank them for championing Q in such a unique way."
To support the subscription drive, promoted at , Bauer has launched a multiplatform campaign across media brands such as Mojo, Kerrang!, FHM, Zoo and Heat.
For the six months to December 2010, Q had an average circulation of 88,240 and average single copy subscription sales of 23,306.
'Medium Rare' will also go on sale in the US where consumers can pick up a vinyl copy to support Record Store Day on 16 April and thereafter.
