Publicis will now handle the entire account as Barratt Developments attempts to improve efficiency and effectiveness in its marketing strategy.
The company's brands also include David Wilson Homes, Ward Homes, Wilson Bowden Developments and Oakleaf.

The present review does not affect MediaVest Manchester, which handles the media account for Barratt.
