Public Health England "I get by with a little help from my friends" by DLKW Lowe

Public Health England has launched a celebrity-backed campaign to raise the profile of dementia suffers and the charities that help them. DLKW Lowe created the ad, which opens on video of a woman, Gina Shaw, who says she has early onset dementia and adds that she’d like to sing a song. Gina then begins’ singing The Beatles’ I Get By With A Little Help From My Friends and is gradually joined by a host of stars including Lilly Allen and Simon Pegg. At the end of the spot, Gina directs viewers to the Dementia Friends’ website, where they can learn more about the disease. The spot was directed by Mat Whitecross.
