The final additions to the jury include IPA director-general Hamish Pringle and Marketing Society chief executive Hugh Burkitt, as well as celebrity hairdresser Nicky Clarke.
They will be joined by Sylvia Jay, director-general of the Food and Drink Federation, and Patent Office UK innovation director Peter Lawrence.
As revealed last month (Marketing, 23 June), Cadbury Schweppes chairman and Incorporated Society of British Advertisers president John Sunderland will head the jury, with Advertising Association director-general Andrew Brown deputy chairman.
The scheme claims to have the UK's biggest independent consumer voting panel, with more than 22,000 expected to judge products shortlisted by the jury.
The first Product of the Year UK awards will take place next year, with an entry deadline of 18 August 2004.
