On 18 October, the fourth annual Prince’s Trust Fashion Dinner in Yorkshire and the Humber is being held at the gallery venue to raise funds to help young people. It will be held among the gallery's spaces including a sit down dinner and auction.

Guests will also have exclusive access to Alice Temperley's latest collection – seen for the first time outside of London Fashion Week – which will be showcased alongside accessories from The Prince’s Trust's supported businesses and designers from Yorkshire and the Humber.

Richard Jackson, chairman of The Prince’s Trust Development Committee in Yorkshire and the Humber, said: "We wanted to find a venue that would offer a completely unique experience for our guests and as many people describe high fashion as works of art, then where better to host a fashion show than Yorkshire’s newest and most iconic art gallery."

"We are extremely grateful to Alice Temperley for providing us with her stunning collection and for the overwhelming support we’ve had from sponsors and everyone who has donated items for the auction. Their support is invaluable in helping us to continue to help young people in the region make a better life for themselves."

Simon Wallis, director of the Hepworth Wakefield, added: "I am looking forward to seeing the gallery transform for the occasion. We have recently showcased creations by Peter Jensen and Richard Nicoll and it’s great to see The Hepworth Wakefield showcasing once again creations by a top international fashion for such a worthy cause."
