The introduction of Economic Conditions Discounts (ECDs) by the British Marine Federation (BMF) in March is said to be the cause of the increased interest. By taking 90 per cent of its 2009 space and making payments on time, companies that exhibited at the 2009 London International Boat Show and apply with a deposit by 17 April will receive a 20 per cent discount.
Big marine names including Sunseeker International, Fairline Boats and Suzuki Marine have already confirmed to exhibit at the 2010 London International Boat Show.
