When it comes to getting under the skin of global youth audiences, Mai has a track record that includes stints at MTV, Asos, Vice Media UK and LADbible, with work that was recognised by Cannes Lions, D&AD and Creative Circle. Within a year of joining online music broadcasting platform Boiler Room, Mai has developed and driven the strategic vision for the brand, launching Boiler Room 4:3, which merges live events and video content, and become a founding member of the Brand Labs team, which aims to help brands engage with culture and content. Other achievements include developing a "Youth TV" offering and taking Boiler Room into the fashion space by collaborating with the British Fashion Council and London Fashion Week.
