Working closely with his Waitrose counterpart Martin George, Inglis led a substantial rebrand of John Lewis last autumn to highlight its partnership model by adding "& Partners" to their names. After the joint "Bohemian Rhapsody" spot, Inglis turned his attention to Christmas, when the retailer launched perhaps its most ambitious festive film yet: a condensed life of Elton John, told backwards. Inglis has also been busy with the rollout of experience features, such as personal styling services, to most of John Lewis’ 51 stores, and extending a project to involve shop staff in social media marketing.
