
The news comes days after the club's takeover by multi-millionaire Sulaiman Al Fahim who had previously headed up a takeover bid of Manchester City.
The deal will see Jobsite logo on the club shirt, website, match day programme, tickets and official club merchandise.
The sponsorship will also see the Fratton end of the club's stadium renamed the Jobsite Stand.
Earlier this week, the club also confirmed the appointment of manager Paul Hart earlier in the week, but moved to deny reports that it would hire Argentine legend Diego Maradona.
