Playboy unveils three new TV channels

Playboy TV has launched three channels simultaneously this week as part of its new Climax3 entertainment brand.

 

A heavyweight advertising campaign, planned and booked by Equinox Communications, is supporting the launch of the channels – Climax 1, 2 and 3 – including magazines, television and radio activity.

 

Bosses at Playboy TV claim the channels have the potential to reach up to seven million homes in the UK through the Sky Digital platform.

 

Richard Gale, Head of European Marketing, Playboy TV UK said, "Climax3 will create a new benchmark for adult entertainment on TV and should further enhance the strong position Playboy TV UK already has in the industry.

 

“We listened to the voice of the consumer and assembled quality programming under a new brand with a unique packaging concept.

 

“This, combined with a first rate integrated campaign will ensure that we hit our market share targets."
