TV Licensing's estimated £7m direct review is down to two agencies after Wunderman pulled out of the process ahead of pitches this week. Proximity, the 15-year incumbent, is defending the business against Lida.
Debenhams is holding first round pitch presentations this week with three creative agencies: Karmarama, Mother and Portas. Mcgarrybowen is no longer in the running after an initial meeting with the retailer, whose business is moving out of J Walter Thompson London. AAR is handling the process.

As 北京赛车pk10 revealed this morning, Sky has begun reviewing its £400m media business. The account covers the UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria and Spain. MediaCom manages most of Sky’s media planning and buying in the UK and Ireland.
Rolls-Royce has contacted agencies about a global creative brief for integrated comms. The BMW-owned brand's head of global brand communications, Matthew Knott, is leading the process. The account does not affect Havas London's relationship Rolls-Royce after it won the business last year.
Hyundai has also launched a global review: the Korean car-maker is seeking to expand its creative agency roster, beyond in-house shop Innocean Worldwide, with a particular focus on pushing its Genesis sub-brand.
Luton Airport has contacted agencies but told 北京赛车pk10 it is "not actively seeking an agency". Instead the airport said it has "tendered for some concept work". It does not currently have an ad agency.
Hillary's Blinds is reviewing its creative account through AAR. Refinery is the incumbent.
Water Wipes is also reviewing through AAR. The brand is looking for its first UK agency and has put out an RFI.

NFU Mutual, the rural insurer, has picked George & Dragon to handle its ad account as it plans to refresh its brand after a competitive pitch process against 101. Grey has previously worked on the account.
BT has expanded its relationship with Wunderman: the WPP agency will now handle digital strategy for the telecoms and broadcast giant after winning its combined BT/EE CRM business last year.
Brothers & Sisters has won We Buy Any Car after pitching against Leo Burnett and Wieden & Kennedy. Driven is the incumbent.
Snap London has been appointed as lead creative agency for Boost, a new pay-as-you-go energy brand owned by Ovo Energy, following a competitive pitch. Creature of London also pitched for the business. The brief does not affect The Brooklyn Brothers, Ovo's agency of record.
Somethin’ Else has been appointed by Oxfam to create and deliver a content strategy that will build the audience for the Oxfam Online Shop – the charity’s online retail site. The content agency was appointed after a pitch process and there is no incumbent.
Wonga has picked Epiphany as its first SEO agency following a competitive pitch. Epiphany will work with Wonga’s content agency, Cedar, to help the brand deliver a customer-first multi-channel content strategy.
Havas London has been appointed as the retained creative agency for cask beer Doom Bar. It is the brand's first retained creative agency.
