Barnardo’s: postponed creative pitches

Grey London and Wieden & Kennedy will take part in final pitches for TK Maxx this week. The process is being handled by Oystercatchers.

Those in the running for the Wimbledon creative account have been whittled down to Grey, as part of a WPP team, and an Interpublic offer led by the sports marketing agency Octagon. Bartle Bogle Hegarty (with BBH Sport) and the IMG/Droga5 team are out.

Intu, the shopping centre owner looking for an agency to help with a £5 million brand campaign, is holding chemistry meetings this week.

Barnardo’s was supposed to be running pitches for its ad account during 23-24 November but has postponed the review until after Christmas as the marketing team has two new members joining in the new year.

The AAR pitch that was delayed until at least the new year, as reported by ±±¾©Èü³µpk10 last week, was not the secret one that asked for credentials within two days. That brief, and another confidential one, are ongoing.
