The club, whose members include sporting heroes Sir Steve Redgrave, Sir Matthew Pinsent and Debbie Flood, is a key venue during the annual five-day event.
Piggotts will provide internal linings, carpeted flooring and air conditioning, along with other associated structures, including a kitchen, shop and bar area.
"We are delighted with this new contract win and excited to work with the Leander Club for the first time. The contract term is for three years, but there is every possibility this could be extended by a further two years," said Piggotts managing director Nick McLaren.
This year's Henley Royal Regatta takes place from 30 June to 4 July.
