Taking place from 9-11 October, the Fan Zone attracted more than 10,000 people per day, with 16 hours of sport and close to 18,000 pints of beer consumed.
The event saw 2003 Rugby World Cup winner Mike Tindall and Rugby International star Mark Cueto offer their insight around both England’s performance and upcoming RWC matches, during interviews with Radio Five Live’s Hugh Ferris.
The crowds were also entertained with a performance of traditional All Blacks dance, the Haka, before the New Zealand vs. Tonga match, while a RWC 2015 kicking simulator was also on hand to entertain fans.
Those without a ticket to Saturday night’s Wales vs. Australia match were treated to an experience from Rockaoke, the only live karaoke brand in the UK, where they could get onstage and front their own rock band.
