In pictures: Nissan and Vauxhall activate at Goodwood Festival of Speed

Brands including Nissan, Vauxhall and Mazda are delivering experiences at this year's Goodwood Festival of Speed, which is taking place from 25-28 June.

Nissan

 visitors will receive an RFID-enabled pass, which they can tap in at various points and take part in activities across three different zones.

These include a Paralympic zone, where people can choose an avatar and race against a paralympian, as well as the Champions League area, which is complete with a virtual reality game involving a football and a moving target. 

Vauxhall

Vauxhall is going family-friendly with its Family Experience Area, which includes the Adam pedal car raceway, a unique take on the dodgem car, as well as the Vauxhall Crazy Football, a car-themed putt golf course described as the brand’s own version of crazy golf.

There is a rock climbing area for attendees to conquer and radio-controlled cars, meanwhile Vauxhall’s latest models are also on show.

Mazda

, spans two areas. The first is a two-levelled stand, which showcases the brand’s new MX-5, and its ‘Play’ stunt, where the model transforms into a musical instrument.

Delve further into the festival and attendees will find a Mazda stage where up-and-coming music acts will perform over the four days. The ‘Play’ stunt is also available for viewing here, as is a ‘Drive’ stunt, where festival-goers can listen and sing-along to the Kaiser Chiefs.

Canon's all-red stand includes a lens gallery as well as bicycles that people can hop on and race against one another for the chance to win prizes.

Meanwhile Ford is complete with a ‘performance power slide’, which people can go down in a bid to record the fastest time.

, features mini trampolines, which passers-by can jump on and have their photo taken by a brand representative. They can view the image on a nearby Ipad, share it on social media with the hashtag #myairbump and go in the draw to win prizes.

Also the work of Crown, the Peugeot activation is complete with racing simulators which enable participants to race against one another, and , features a newsroom where race-goers can broadcast all of the Goodwood happenings 'live'.
