
The road was transformed into a family-friendly version of New York’s financial district, featuring a stock exchange made from 100 cardboard boxes, a scaled-down Statue of Liberty and a mini version of the metropolitan skyline. Mini yellow taxis were also available for children to play in.
The landscape, which stood at just 2.5 metres, took more than 150 hours to create. Different varieties of mini bagels were handed out for passers-by to sample.
Pauline Clement, brand manager at New York Bakery Co, said: "We wanted to bring a miniaturised taste of New York to the UK as a fun and memorable way of introducing the new range of Mini Bagels and the wonders of Wall Street to peckish passers-by.
"Mini Bagels deliver the same great taste at half the size as a delicious and nutritious lunchbox staple to satisfy big and little ones the New York way."
