The ISES Talks event, sponsored by Meet in Ireland, begun with the One Events group venue being illuminated green coinciding with the Global Greening campaign, which saw over 70 iconic sites around the world going green to mark the day.
Irish comedian Colm O’Regan gave a humorous presentation on what makes Ireland unique, followed by canapés, bowl food and desserts created by One Dining.
Food included seared duck breast with duck leg marmalade on toast; warm salt cod croquettes, preserved lemon and black olive; bowls of braised ox cheek, horseradish and parsley dumplings, white onion puree; and set coconut and vanilla cream, Norfolk raspberries and coconut foam.
Musical duo Eden and Noelle, sponsored by Kru Talent, performed live during the evening, while interactive platforms were littered throughout the venue including a Giant iTab, a large-scale interactive tablet, and Luma's Yr Surface, a digital drawing table.
Suppliers to the event included Well Dressed Tables, Spaceworks Furniture Hire, Off to Work, Designer Flowers, Icebox and Event Prop Hire.
On the night David Boyce, deputy head of Tourism Ireland, Great Britain, said: "It’s great to be working with ISES again here in London in this amazing building and we’re delighted so many people are here tonight celebrating St Patrick’s Day.
"With all these creative people, working together and celebrating, it’s exactly what we want to do; we’re going to have a great night."
