Film buff and funny man Adam Buxton held his first-ever bike-powered BUG show on Monday (11 July) as part of Lipton Ice Tea's Extend Your Weekend campaign.

The  event at London's Truman Brewery saw guests pedal on static bikes to create the energy needed to broadcast the popular BUG show, which explores brilliant, strange and noteworthy music videos with a running commentary from Buxton.

It was the latest installment of Lipton's Extend Your Weekend series, which is encouraging Londoners to shake off the Sunday blues with a variety of early Monday morning events.

So far experiences have included a Wake & Shake morning rave, snake massages and an experimental brunch with Bompas & Parr.

A further four ticketed events are scheduled in London over the coming weeks; a virtual reality art show, an underwater music experience, a sunrise photography class, and a pre-work music festival.
