The one-day fitness festival has been taking place across the globe throughout 2015, in cities including London, Chicago, Tokyo, Glasgow and Stockholm, with the final leg taking place at the old railway station, Manchester Central.

Martin Franklin, chief executive officer at Les Mills UK said: "One Live Manchester was truly awesome. Over 2,000 people all working out together in 34 different sessions was incredible.

"We showcased our new HIIT class – Les Mills SPRINT, which is a 30 minute work out on an indoor bike and the feedback was incredible. Our world-class trainer team really delivered in terms of performance on stage and the energy and enthusiasm of all the participants really made the day special. We can’t wait for One Live 2016; we promise it will be bigger and better."

Dave Kyle, head trainer at Les Mills UK, said the events are an opportunity for people to experience the benefits of group fitness in an inspirational and exciting environment.

"It is such an amazing feeling when you get thousands of people working out in unison. The energy is electric," he said.

Reebok is the exclusive apparel provider for Les Mills.
