Guests were invited to Beagle in Hoxton for the event, and were treated to Christmas dinner and drinks with a Kraken twist.

To celebrate the brand's Black Spiced Rum, the theme of the event focused on the colour black. At the bar, visitors received bespoke dark Christmas cocktails and black bar snacks; while the feast itself treated guests to a menu of naturally-black and ethically sourced foods.

The food on offer included black Devon red rare roast beef served with black beef dripping gravy, black heritage potatoes, black heritage carrots roasted with cumin and honey, black pudding & charcoal cread stuffing and rich spiced Kraken Christmas Pudding.

Patsy Lima, a spokesperson for Kraken, said: "The Kraken brand is really adventurous, it takes risks. The event launched on 5 December, and will run until 7 December.

On 3 December, as part of the brand's London Tonic series. On 10 December, .
