The Find Your Summer experience features a gif-booth green screen that displays a number of holiday backdrops including a beach at sunset, a music festival and a scuba diving trip. Each has been matched with tech recommended to further improve the experience.
Vision, portable audio, SLR photography, tablet and wearable technology from brands such as LG, Samsung, Fitbit and Sony will be showcased. John Lewis partners will also be on hand to offer expert advice to consumers.
The campaign is being supported by in-store POS, an online hub, omni-channel advertising, social media and a dedicated 28-page catalogue.
Kate Morrison, client services director at PrettyGreen said: "Everyone has their own idea of what makes a great summer, and John Lewis has all the latest technology to help you enjoy it to the fullest."
Following a launch at the Victoria Centre in Nottingham, the Find Your Summer activation will travel to Bluewater in Kent on 29-30 May before heading to Westfield Stratford City on 6-7 June.
