The prop was accompanied by break dancers, who performed on the hour from 7am till 7pm, as well as real-life versions of the Samsung AddWash.
A stand with more details about both Currys PC World and Samsung's kitchen appliance was located nearby.
Ambassadors were on hand to offer passers-by single socks, as part of the brand's #NoSockLeftBehind competition, where those who took their garment back to the washing machine had the chance to win £1,500.
The company also ran a competition to find the best socks on social media, where consumers who shared their photos could win Currys PC World vouchers amounting up to £250. Entries were judged by the hosiery company Happy Socks.
Zeena Hill, head of white goods marketing at Currys PC World, said: "The new Samsung AddWash is innovative in its design and presents an insight into the future of washing machines, meeting the needs of everyday, time-poor consumers.
"When choosing a destination to celebrate the new appliance and Currys PC World, as a brand, it seemed only fitting that London’s hub of creativity and one of the busiest locations in the world, play host."
King's Cross station also hosted yesterday (23 March) as part of the brand's Easter activity.
