Held at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, the glitzy red carpet event celebrated the best of theatre talent, including best actress winner Dame Helen Mirren.
This is the second year running Company of Cooks has worked with the Society of London Theatre to help stage the event.
Catherine Faulker, senior events manager at Company of Cooks, was responsible for ensuring the smooth-running of the event, which included 40 members of staff.
She told Event: "It was catering for the whole capacity of the auditorium. The logistics are more on the technical side of things, but what we do have to do is get 2,000 food bowls out in half an hour. It is quite staff heavy."
Faulkner described the evening as "like being in the army" with the amount of precision required to organise the event.
"The key thing is to not put the food out too soon or it will wilt," she said. "It’s a bit like being a swan – everyone sees it looking well on the outside, but its legs are paddling like mad underwater."
The menu included baby Cumberland sausages with colcannon, smoked Cornish mackerel with new potatoes and horseradish, asparagus risotto and roast butternut squash with Sussex feta, thyme and chilli oil.
Company of Cooks served candy-coloured vanilla, lemon and chocolate cupcakes to finish.
