Among the guests were representatives from Sony, Barclays and Teva, who were treated to an evening themed around international destinations to reflect the new company’s global reach.

Theming included international flags, a giant boomerang, ‘Welcome to Las Vegas’ and ‘Caribean beach’ signs, hessian sacks and palm trees.

Guests were welcomed by a Chew air hostess and pilot, and then headed downstairs into the 1990s-themed American bar. They were greeted by former Imagination project manager Richard Brown and former Chillisauce business development manager Matthew Curran, who co-founded Chew Events.

On Tuesday (13 May) the company is already working with Twinings, Google, Pearson, Royal Bank of Canada, The Financial Times, Investigo and Teva.

Canapés served on the night included mini bruschetta with black olive tapenade and goat’s cheese; cherry tomatoes filled with lemon ricotta and basil; bacon and onion mini tartlets; and swordfish on rosemary cecina crust with sun dried tomato.

New York-style thin pizzas were also served with a range of continental toppings, as well as flavoured popcorn and branded Chew cupcakes. Catering was provided by the venue's in-house team.

Guests had the opportunity to have body art applied to their faces or bodies, as well as take part in the Just Dance Nintendo Wii game and dress up and pose for photos using a prop box with wigs and glasses.

Top prizes were handed out on the night including a two night stay in a deluxe room inclusive of breakfast at Loews Miami Beach Hotel, a two night stay in Dublin and a Atelier des chefs cooking class for two.
