The special episode of the BBC One show hosted by Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly featured dancing styles from the 1920s to 1970s in front of a live audience of 6,000 people.
Celebrity performers included Denise Van Outen and Lisa Riley, and Girls Aloud performed Something New, the official Children in Need single.
All proceeds from ticket sales for the "supersized" Strictly were donated to BBC Children in Need which raised its highest ever total of £26,757,446 through a series of events and broadcasts over the weekend.
