Pfizer ad warns of dangers of fake medicines

The ad, which has been deemed too shocking to be shown before 11pm, aired in cinemas earlier this year. It is intended to warn consumers of the dangers of bypassing a doctor to buy prescription medicines from illegal websites.

The TV work features a man , emphasising the fact that fake medicines often contain rogue ingredients such as rat poison.

The campaign, ‘Get real, get a prescription', will be supported by a poster campaign across the UK.
