The deal will see the Peyton team look after Kew’s landmark buildings, including the Grade 1 listed Orangery, The Princess of Wales Conservatory and The Temperate House – the largest surviving Victorian glasshouse in world.
Spearheaded by restaurateur and critic Oliver Peyton, Peyton Events is renowned for employing some of the world’s finest chefs.
Its executive chef Mark Read, formerly corporate head chef at the Michelin recognised Mango Tree and Awana, will oversee the catering at Kew.
