The agency group, which includes WCRS, Personal and Meme, will also undergo a management restructure. The agencies' chiefs will sit on each other's boards in an attempt to strengthen its cross-disciplinary capabilities.
In addition, Julian Hough, one of the WCRS partners, will rejoin the group after two years on secondment at 3. He will work as the group development director and as the executive chairman of Meme.
