The HBAA is now looking to appoint an interim association consultant from within the industry to assess and redefine the executive director role and the association’s wider structure during this "transition period".
HBAA Chairman Chris Peacock said the changes will not affect members. "We will ensure that all decisions taken are in the best interests of the HBAA; this is an opportunity to take the association forward, and a plan is in place to ensure a smooth transition."
He added he will miss Ducker’s hard work, professionalism and dedication. "I thank him for his continued commitment to the HBAA and wish him all the very best for the future."Comment below and let us know what you think.
